Our Founder
Jennifer Ferguson is a transformational communications leader with over 20 years of experience advising executives, creatives, and changemakers at iconic brands (dentsu International, Getty Images, Christie’s, One&Only Resorts, Atlantis Resorts, Miramax). Known for confidently guiding brands and their teams through periods of intense change, rapid growth, and complex milestones, she excels at crafting innovative strategies that deliver successful outcomes.
After working for decades at the intersection of leadership, communications, brand, and people, Jennifer turned her focus inward—toward the most overlooked system of all: the family. It was her commitment to prioritizing her own family systems amidst a demanding lifestyle that inspired her to share these transformative tools, believing other families could also benefit from building their own unshakable foundation. Through Family Alchemy, she fuses systems thinking and emotional intelligence to help families shape their values and culture as intentionally as they would in businesses. Her approach is rooted in strategy, curiosity, and empathy, ensuring that every family she works with achieves lasting impact and profound connection. Jennifer brings structure, insight, and heart to every family she serves.
The founder of both Family Alchemy and IQ/EQ Strategies, she is a graduate of Cornell University with a BS in Human Development and Family Studies. Jennifer lives in Connecticut with her husband, two young daughters and a small menagerie of animals.
Our Mission
We’re here to help families build an unshakeable foundation and identity that enables them, both together and as individuals, to always find their way back to connection, support, and love—especially when life gets complicated.
Our Values
Operate with purpose
Communicate openly and often
Be honest and remain curious
Embrace pluralism with empathy
Build clarity and connection through intentional action
Prioritize joy, respect, and accountability
For values to be truly effective, they have to be verbs. It’s not ‘integrity,’ it’s ‘always do the right thing.’
